These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Izbook, a business management and invoicing platform (the "Service"), operated by Hiki Brands Limited ("Izbook", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using Izbook, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Definitions

Account means a registered user account on Izbook.

Customer / User means any individual or business entity using Izbook.

Subscription Plan means a paid or free plan offered by Izbook (Monthly, Annual, Multi‑Year).

Trial Period means the limited free access period offered to new users.

Content means all data entered, uploaded, or generated by the User within Izbook.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding agreement to use Izbook. If you are using Izbook on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business.
3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

All activities under your account are your responsibility.

You must provide accurate and up‑to‑date information during registration.
Izbook reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts providing false or misleading information.
4. Free Trial

Izbook may offer a free trial period (e.g., 14 or 30 days) at its discretion.

Trial access may include feature limitations.

Izbook reserves the right to modify or discontinue the trial offer at any time.

After the trial ends, continued use requires upgrading to a paid plan.
5. Subscription Plans & Payments

Izbook offers Monthly, Annual, and Multi‑Year subscription plans.

Prices are displayed on the Izbook pricing page and may be updated from time to time.

Payments are billed in advance and are non‑refundable, except where required by law.

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of access.
6. Renewals & Cancellations

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle.

Annual and multi‑year subscriptions renew at the end of their term unless cancelled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time; access remains active until the end of the paid period.

No refunds are provided for unused time.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

Use Izbook for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities.

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Izbook systems.

Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code.

Resell, sublicense, or exploit Izbook without written permission.
Violation may result in immediate account termination.
8. User Data & Content

You retain ownership of all data you upload to Izbook.

You grant Izbook a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely to provide the Service.

Izbook does not sell your business data to third parties.
9. Data Security
Izbook will use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data and prevent unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. While we take data protection seriously, Izbook does not guarantee that data loss will never occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to system failures, internet issues, cyberattacks, or force majeure events.
Users are strongly advised to maintain their own regular backups (daily or otherwise) of important business data exported from Izbook.
Izbook shall not be held liable for any loss of data, business interruption, or damages arising from data loss, corruption, or unauthorized access.
10. Service Availability

Izbook strives for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues may cause temporary downtime.
11. Intellectual Property

Izbook, its software, branding, and logos are the exclusive property of Hiki Innovations Ltd.

You may not copy, modify, or distribute Izbook materials without permission.
12. Termination
Izbook may suspend or terminate your account if:

13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Izbook shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Izbook is not responsible for business losses, data loss, or lost profits arising from use of the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Izbook from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
15. Modifications to Terms
Izbook may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
